Super Micro Computer Inc. (NASDAQ: SMCI) has entered a strategic partnership with Odine to accelerate the development of artificial intelligence infrastructure throughout Türkiye.

The agreement, announced on June 24, will see Odine leverage Supermicro’s global expertise in NVIDIA-validated, GPU-based high-performance systems and AI factory solutions.

Odine will spearhead the deployment and operation of advanced data processing and cloud-based architectures required for large-scale AI projects across the country.

A central focus of the collaboration is the construction of sovereign AI factory infrastructures designed to deliver scalability, sustainability, and regulatory compliance for modern model development.

Odine will integrate its system integration and product management capabilities with Supermicro’s hardware to support complex infrastructure demands across multiple critical sectors.

Those sectors include telecommunications, finance, defense, and the public sector, reflecting the broad ambitions of the partnership across Türkiye’s economy.

As demand for AI, 5G, and edge computing continues to grow, the partnership aims to deliver an integrated framework for managing the entire AI lifecycle, from data generation through to live deployment.

The initiative is also designed to strengthen Odine’s position as a key technology partner in Türkiye, with a particular emphasis on the efficient and centralized management of high-performance computing environments.

Super Micro Computer Inc. (NASDAQ: SMCI) operates as a developer and seller of server and storage solutions built on modular and open-standard architecture, with a presence spanning Europe, the United States, Asia, and international markets.

The Türkiye-focused deal marks another step in Supermicro’s efforts to expand its AI infrastructure footprint globally, as demand for sovereign computing capacity accelerates across emerging and developed markets alike.

The partnership positions both companies at the center of Türkiye’s growing digital infrastructure buildout, with AI factory deployment becoming an increasingly strategic priority for governments and enterprises worldwide.
