Victor Zhikai Gao, Esq. was a former English interpreter for Deng Xiaoping in the 1980s in the Chinese Foreign Ministry. He is Vice President of Center for China and Globalization and President of Yale Law School Association of China. He has a J.D. degree from Yale Law School (1993) and is based in Beijing, China.
