Read MoreBONI YAO GEBE (PhD) holds a doctorate degree in Political Science from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada, specializing in International Relations. He is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy (LECIAD), University of Ghana, Legon. He also teaches International Relations, United States Foreign Policy, and Regionalism and Integration at the Centre. Between December 2002 and November 2003, he was Fulbright Scholar at the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs and the Africa Centre for Strategic Studies (ACSS) of the National Defense University (NDU), Washington D.C.
