Gambling.com Group Limited has officially changed its corporate name to Grandstand Limited, marking a major identity shift for the Nasdaq-listed technology company, GamblingNews.uk has reported.
The rebrand takes effect immediately and reflects years of diversification beyond the firm’s original performance marketing roots.
Beginning with market open today, July 23, 2026, the company’s ordinary shares will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the new ticker symbol GRSD. The corporate website has also moved to a new domain to match the updated branding across all investor and public materials.
Kevin McCrystle, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Grandstand, said the new name better captures the company’s current role in the sports and gaming industry.
He explained that Grandstand now serves as an intelligence layer that helps both consumers and business partners make more informed decisions across sports, gaming and entertainment markets.
The company was originally founded in 2006 and went public in July 2021. Since its listing, it has expanded well beyond its original comparison-site business model, building out a broader portfolio of data, technology, content and audience monetization products for the gambling and sports betting industries.
Importantly, the name change creates a clearer separation between Grandstand as the parent corporate entity and Gambling.com as a standalone consumer-facing brand. Gambling.com will continue operating as a trusted odds comparison and casino review website under its existing name and will not be affected by the corporate rebrand.
Grandstand’s consumer-facing brands reach a large global audience and include OddsJam, RotoWire, Casinos.com and WhichBingo, alongside Gambling.com itself. These platforms help everyday users compare betting odds, choose online casinos, manage fantasy sports lineups and plan Las Vegas trips.
On the business side, Grandstand’s partner-facing products are organized into four core divisions. These cover real-time sports data feeds through OpticOdds and RotoWire, advertising technology connecting operators with audiences, infrastructure for media companies and influencers to monetize their followings, and ticketing services for Las Vegas venues through Spotlight.Vegas.
Existing shareholders do not need to take any action as a result of the change. The company confirmed its Nasdaq listing and CUSIP number will remain unchanged, meaning current holdings will transition automatically to the new ticker without any additional steps required from investors.
The rebrand comes as gaming-adjacent data and technology providers face growing competition from prediction market platforms and other new entrants. Grandstand’s expanded focus on data services and partner infrastructure signals an effort to diversify revenue streams beyond traditional affiliate marketing arrangements.
