Robert Avetisyan

Robert Avetisyan currently serves as Permanent Representative of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) to the United States. He holds Bachelor’s degree in philology from the Artsakh State University, and Master’s degree in international affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. Since 1997, NKR has maintained a representation office in Washington, D.C. The NKR Office is registered with U.S. Government under Foreign Agent Registration Act.
