Backed by 11 Oracle Partner of the Year awards in 2026, Deloitte is consolidating its sprawling Oracle practice into one dedicated unit aimed at simplifying how enterprise clients access its technology services.
The newly established Deloitte Oracle business group draws on a workforce of more than 20,000 Oracle-certified practitioners operating across the globe, representing one of the largest Oracle-focused talent pools in the consulting industry.
Deloitte plans to certify an additional 2,000 practitioners across Oracle’s AI, applications, cloud infrastructure and data technologies within the next 12 months, signaling a significant near-term investment in expanding the group’s capabilities.
The consolidation brings together previously separate Oracle-focused disciplines spanning AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data platforms, managed services and enterprise applications under a single organizational structure.
Jason Salzetti, Chair and CEO of Deloitte Consulting LLP, framed the move as a direct response to client feedback, saying: “Clients have been clear that they want one team to work with end to end. Bringing our Oracle capabilities together into a single group is how we deliver that.”
The group’s formation deepens a partnership that stretches back more than three decades, with the two organizations having previously launched Project Amplify, a collaborative initiative targeting accelerated adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, data platforms and enterprise AI tools.
Agentic AI sits at the center of the new group’s commercial strategy, with Deloitte combining its Zora AI offerings with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications to drive workflow automation across client organizations.
Pavel Krumkachev, principal and US Oracle business group leader at Deloitte, described the broader shift underway, noting: “Clients running Oracle are no longer just modernizing ERP — they’re rebuilding how work gets done with agentic AI.”
Beyond AI, the group will address six additional priority areas including applications modernization, cloud migration via Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital trust, data platform development, ongoing managed services and smart manufacturing through the Smart Factory by Deloitte facility in Wichita.
Deloitte’s AI-infused service delivery platform, Ascend, along with its Forward Deployed Engineering talent program, will underpin delivery across all seven focus areas from initial implementation through to sustained operations.
Mark Hura, president of Global Field Operations at Oracle, pointed to the logic of combining Oracle’s technology stack with Deloitte’s sector knowledge, stating: “Oracle brings cloud infrastructure, data, applications and AI capabilities, while Deloitte brings deep industry knowledge and transformation experience.”
The 11 Oracle Partner of the Year awards Deloitte received this year, among them the Global – One Oracle Transformation award, reflect the tenure and scale of a relationship that the new organizational structure is now designed to commercialize more effectively.
