Cayleigh O’Dwyer, AI Transformation & Culture Leader at Lloyds Banking Group, will explore the organisational capabilities required to scale AI, emphasizing culture, leadership and practical lessons from real-world implementation.

O’Dwyer stated: “The conversation around AI is rapidly evolving from technology to transformation, and I’m excited to share practical lessons on what it takes to build the culture, leadership and organisational capability needed to scale AI successfully.”

The summit will feature more than 50 speakers across ten content themes, four executive workshops and an Immersive AI Experience showcasing live demonstrations and interactive AI applications.

Topics covered will span generative AI, automation, governance, digital identity and enterprise transformation, reflecting the breadth of challenges facing organizations at scale today.
