The Economist/YouGov and Reuters/Ipsos both independently arrived at the same figure, each placing Trump’s approval rating at 37% in their respective surveys.

A CNN poll rounds out the picture, recording a 35% approval rating for Trump, positioning him near the lower half of the current polling range.

Despite the weak overall numbers, Trump continues to draw strong support within his own party, with Republican approval remaining steady at approximately 75% across major national surveys.

The current figures invite historical comparisons, with the record for the lowest individual presidential approval rating in a single poll belonging to Harry S. Truman, who registered 22% in February 1952.
