Century Communities, Inc. (NYSE: CCS), one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, has opened Evelyn, a new single-family home community in Northeast Austin, Texas.

The Grand Opening event took place on June 13, running from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and featured tours of two newly unveiled model homes.

The event showcased the Bristol and Heron floor plans, offered complimentary refreshments, and presented attendees with limited-time savings opportunities.

Evelyn introduces three distinct home collections, branded as Aire, Vue, and Lux, together offering a total of 25 ranch and two-story floor plans.

Homes in the community are priced from the $300s to the $500s, spanning 1,388 to 3,304 square feet with three to six bedrooms and two to four bathrooms.

The community’s opening follows Century Communities’ debut of Cloverleaf in South Austin just one week prior, marking a rapid expansion of the company’s presence in the greater Austin market.

Division President Paul Kwiatkowski said, “Evelyn reflects how we’re continuing to evolve our Austin portfolio — launching just a week after Cloverleaf in South Austin — by offering more choice, more flexibility, and locations that align with where people live and work today.”

Kwiatkowski added, “With three home collections, a wide range of floor plans, and proximity to the region’s growing tech corridor, this community is positioned to meet the needs of many different buyers at different life stages.”

Evelyn’s Northeast Austin location provides residents with proximity to major employment centers, including Tesla and Samsung facilities, as well as quick access to Interstate 35 and downtown Austin.

Planned community amenities include a pool, a splash pad, scenic ponds, playgrounds, and miles of hiking and biking trails.

Home interiors feature open-concept layouts, fireplaces, LG appliances, Kohler water fixtures, and smart home technology, with loft options available depending on the selected floor plan.

Century Communities also offers an online homebuying process, allowing buyers to browse available homes, submit an earnest money deposit electronically, and sign a purchase contract via DocuSign without visiting a sales office.

Buyers can additionally finance their purchase online through Century Communities’ affiliate lender, Inspire Home Loans, further consolidating the homebuying experience into a single digital process.

Newsweek has named Century Communities one of America’s Most Trustworthy Companies for four consecutive years, and the company has also been designated one of U.S. News and World Report’s Best Companies to Work For for 2025 to 2026.

The company operates across 16 states and more than 45 markets nationwide, offering mortgage, title, insurance brokerage, and escrow services in select markets through its various subsidiaries.
