Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) has been named among the ten best Reddit stocks to buy according to billionaires, drawing renewed attention from Wall Street analysts.
Bank of America raised its price target on Apple to $380 from $330 on May 26, while reiterating its Buy rating on the shares.
Analyst Wamsi Mohan argued that the shift toward AI agents focused on individual users could significantly strengthen Apple’s competitive position against other AI companies.
Mohan highlighted that Apple holds a major structural advantage due to the volume of user data tied to its devices and broader ecosystem.
“Apple’s agentic AI moat comes from Apple silicon and iOS,” Mohan wrote, adding that silicon dictates how much inference can happen locally, which matters for latency, privacy, reliability, and cost.
He further noted that the operating system determines whether AI can access user context, call apps, route requests, authenticate identity, request confirmation, and complete tasks in a trusted way.
While some analysts have questioned Apple’s AI strategy and viewed the company as trailing several of its “Magnificent Seven” peers, Mohan pushed back firmly against that narrative.
Mohan estimated that Siri could generate incremental revenue of between $15 billion and $30 billion by fiscal 2030 under his base-case scenario.
In a more bullish scenario, Mohan projected that figure could rise to between $40 billion and $65 billion, representing a substantial monetization opportunity for the company.
He wrote that “in an agentic world, value accrues to the platform that controls user intent, personal context, app access, permissions, identity, authentication, payments, and trust.”
Mohan concluded that to capitalize on this opportunity, “Apple needs to evolve Siri into the orchestration layer of the iPhone,” framing it as a critical strategic imperative.
