Oliver Berthoud

Oliver Berthoud is a guest contributor for Foreign Policy Journal. He also writes for Global Public Policy Watch and The Grapevine specializing on Middle Eastern Issues. He has spent a considerable amount of time in Syria, Iraq, Jordan and Afghanistan. His academic specialty is in minority Muslim communities, and he is a University of Exeter alumnus. He is an Arabic speaker and currently resides in Beirut, Lebanon.
