Christian Gutierrez has recently returned from China after working 2 years under a foreign language expert visa. He received his Masters in Homeland Security from Pennsylvania State University and his Bachelors in International Studies: Political Science from the University of California San Diego (UCSD). He is currently an intern for the Caspian Research Institute.
