Michael Cowan

Michael Cowan is a Program Officer at Democracy International, democracy, rights, and governance international development contractor. As a Program Officer, he provides technical, logistical, and administrative support to DI’s implementation and analytical programs. Prior to joining DI, Mr. Cowan worked as an intern for the office of Congressman Gerald Connolly (D-VA) and as an intern and Program Assistant for Democracy International. He holds a B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and a M.P.P in International Security and Economic Policy from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy.
