It is bones of body, ekstended inside outwards, that makes a man capable. Chinese says, that bones are shown in pupillars in eyes, the center of the eyes. Bones are center of whole body...Developing connection and awareness of relationship between pupillar in the eyes and bones are maybe another long lost artability, we westerners and western influenced people has been withdrawn from by our own ignorance of the real nature in and outside manhood!

When (Burkaw is) running, he does not train his muscles and hereunder breathing muscles, he trains his body! It is an awesome art and very different from what I am use to. When I train my entire body is so sore. I am taught the history and also learning more about the culture. Trying to learn the terminology of the techniques are a challenge to. Phanh and I are working to introduce Muay Chaiya to the Nashville Tn area before Phanh goes back to Thailand in a couple of months to train with the Master and find a Muay Lao camp. Chaiya is really awesome

I am live outside of Nashville Tn and I am training in Muay Chaiya from Phanh who train in the same camp of Antonio. I met him on my last trip to Thailand back in March, an almost imposing figure with an amazing wealth of knowledge in the arts of Muay. Looking forward to seeing more of your articles and of course the movie.

Arjarn Lek is simply amazing.
